I've done calisthenics most of my life, though have been out of the swing of it for a while now. I work at a desk, study coding at a desk and am a seamstress. Needless to say, I needed to be more active in my spare time. I've never done Pilates but I do want to get into it, as well as yoga.
Usually my routine consists of a weighted ball and hand weights. I was in need of an upgrade and as we have a small home, the equipment being so pretty is perfect for us! They can sit around the house without being an eyesore, and if it's easy to access the equipment, I'm more inclined to do it.
This replaces the weighted ball and hand weights. It's much easier to hold than the weighted ball as I have issues with my hands.
I got 5 pairs of socks, the Pilates ball and ankle/wrist weights as well. So happy with the quality of all! I'm sure I'll be shopping here in the future.
