Shipping & Returns
Retail orders are shipped by Australia Post within 1-2 business days of purchase. All retail orders include free 5-7 day Standard Post with tracking. If you require ExpressPost, please get in contact before purchasing so we can organise it for you.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Occasionally we may send large retail orders (such as yoga mats) by courier. You will be notified if this is the case with your order.
MoveActive is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by AustraliaPost or other third parties, however please get in contact if you don't receive your order in a timely fashion.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the MoveActive website, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.
For change of mind, merchandise must be returned within 30 days, unworn and unaltered in original packaging. Postage is not refundable. Clearance items may not be returned.
We stand by the quality of our products, and will replace any defective purchase. Please note this does not apply to the general wear of the products.
Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.

International orders less than $80 in value are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $9. Tracking is not available on international orders. MoveActive is not responsible for any duties, import fees or charges associated with importing goods into your country. Please allow up to 15 business days to receive an international order.
