Mat grip no slip
"As a sweaty palms and feet girl this has helped me hold my side planks with so much more poise and power."
The best
"Amazing towel, my mat hot pilates is different now ☺️🤎"
Not as good as expected
"The underside of the towel grips the mat well. However, the material on top is rather slippery. My feet and hands slip during heated yoga. Rather disappointed as the towel did not live up to expectations. For the price, I was hoping for it to have more grip. I wouldn’t recommend."
