Care: Wipe with mild detergent after use. Once dry, roll it up with the top side facing outward. Do not fold. Air as much as possible post practice.

Great quality

This mat is perfect for my studio, such great quality and it looks and feels gorgeous. At 3.7kg the studio mat is thicker and heavier than the 3mm Recycled yoga mats, but comes with a carry bag so is still portable if you need to take it with you. And if you made it through Pilates class, you are strong enough to carry this mat ;)
Just the right amount of cushioning for Pilates (Rolling Back, anyone?) and ideal if you like something a little softer under the knees, without sacrificing too much stability for standing work.
The subtle print adds a nice texture to the surface which I love. Fingers crossed for some lighter neutral colours in these studio mats in the future...
