These are a good quality sock. The grippers work well and I have confidence that these socks will stand up to many washes
They have the added benefit of helping with nerve /arthritis pain from walking around the house bare foot. Wearing these, my pain is almost zero!

All I can say is wow! Decided to test this mat out with a true baptism of fire - hot mat pilates. Usually with the mats provided at the studios I am allll over the place, and not even a sweat towel can save me. THIS mat though! The sweatier I got, the stickier it got - it made the class actually enjoyable! If you feel like you are too sweaty for a regular yoga mat than look no further. Huge plus for being super pretty! Totally worth the $$$
