#MoveAmbassador - Lisa Bryant

Lisa is our newest Move Ambassador, originally from Port Macquarie in New South Wales, she has travelled around the world to dance professionally and since returning to Australia has fallen in love with Yoga. Her story is inspiring;

My name is Lisa Bryant, I am originally from Port Macquarie, NSW.

Have danced since the age of 5. Once I completed my HSC I went on to be a Professional Dancer for 8years on contracts in America, Asia & Europe. 

I settled back in Aus 2014 to pursue Acting and TV Presenting. 

I found yoga and it really encouraged me to completely fall in love with my soul. It taught me to self love and accept every part of my being. Coming from a dance back ground I was extremely hard on my appearance, always had to be fitting myself into a box. Ironically since finishing my dance career I am the fittest, healthiest version of myself I have ever been- thanks to yoga.

I practice daily and it clears my mind of anxiety and judgment and replaces it with love and gratitude.

I also love to box, beach swim, and circuit train at F45.

I Love connecting with positive likeminded people, which is why I love MoveActive. I love that MoveActive adds style and comfortability to compliment my workout gear whilst creating a community that surrounds health and wellness.
